Minimum age: 21
Delivered ships consumer fireworks only to customers who are 21 years of age or older. Several states permit 18+, but our policy is 21+ everywhere we ship.
Two-step verification
- At checkout: you check the “I am 21 or older” attestation. The attestation is timestamped and bound to your order.
- At delivery: our courier checks a physical government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order. No ID, no delivery. The order returns to our warehouse and is refunded less the processing & delivery fee.
Acceptable ID
- US state-issued driver license or non-driver ID card.
- US passport.
- Active US military ID.
- Tribal ID with photo and birth date.
IDs must be unexpired. The name on the ID must match the order shipping label. We do not accept photocopies or photos of an ID.
Substitute recipient
If the named recipient is not present at delivery, another 21+ adult at the same address may sign for the order with a valid ID, provided their name was added to the order at checkout. Recipients added at the door are not accepted.
False attestation
Submitting a false age attestation is a violation of these Terms and may be a violation of state law. Detected violations result in immediate refund-and-cancellation and a permanent ban from future orders.
