- Email order updates, payment reminders, and (with explicit opt-in) promotions.
Who we share with
- Stripe (payments + saved payment method).
- Delivery couriers (name + address + contact for delivery only).
- Legal compliance: state or federal authority when required by valid subpoena or court order.
- We do not sell your data.
Your rights

Retention
Order records are retained for the statutory minimum required by Ohio and federal tax law. Sky Club spend and credit records are retained while your account is active.
